What materials are your products made from?

Our t-shirts are made from high-quality ring-spun cotton or cotton-blend fabrics depending on the style — soft, durable, and built for real life. Mugs are 11oz or 15oz ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe. Tote bags are 100% polyester with all-over print coverage. Full material details are listed on each product page.

Will the print fade after washing?

Not if you treat it right. Wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry on low. Our DTG (direct-to-garment) prints are designed to last — but like all prints, they'll outlast you if you don't put them in a hot dryer repeatedly.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, length, and width measurements. Our unisex tees fit true to size with a relaxed fit. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually started and we can't make changes. Email hello@packandpaw.co as quickly as possible and we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 15–25 business days. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

What's the deal with the Rescue Dog Parent donation?

10% of every Rescue Dog Parent item sold goes to independent shelter support. We believe in putting money where the mission is. When you buy that tee, a real shelter gets real help.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email hello@packandpaw.co with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement, no hassle.

Is this a good gift?
