Shipping policy

All Pack & Paw products are made to order. We don't hold inventory — every item is produced fresh when you place your order, which means it's made specifically for you.

Production Time Orders are typically produced and ready to ship within 3–7 business days of purchase. During peak seasons (November–December, Mother's Day, Father's Day), allow an extra 2–3 days.

Shipping Times (after production)

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • International: 15–25 business days

Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

International Orders We ship to most countries worldwide. Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary by country and are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, email us at hello@packandpaw.co and we'll make it right.

Damaged or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email hello@packandpaw.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no questions asked.

We don't accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind purchases, as each item is made to order. If you're unsure about sizing, check the size chart on the product page or email us before ordering.
