All Pack & Paw products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase.

Shipping Times

United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
Canada: 10–15 business days after fulfillment
International: 15–25 business days after fulfillment

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind purchases. However, we stand behind our quality 100%.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it at no cost. Just email us at hello@packandpaw.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take care of it, no questions asked.
